1. Introduction

• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of pcv88 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the pcv88 Platform for any reason.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gambling services.

pcv88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility requirements are not or are no longer met. Any winnings generated during a period of ineligibility may be voided.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the pcv88 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals in the duplicate accounts.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if any detail changes.

3.2 Account Security

You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pcv88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify pcv88 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Account Currency

At the time of registration, you will select your preferred account currency: Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or Indian Rupee (INR). Your chosen currency applies to all deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals. pcv88 displays live exchange rates in the cashier at the time of any cross-currency transaction. Account currency cannot be changed after registration is complete.

4. KYC & Identity Verification

5. Deposits

5.1 Deposit Conditions

6. Withdrawals

6.2 Withdrawal Refusal

pcv88 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request in any of the following circumstances: KYC verification is incomplete; the account is under investigation for suspected fraud or terms violation; the withdrawal relates to funds that originated from a payment method not in the player's own name; or the requested amount includes bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.2 Bonus Abuse

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pcv88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, network interruptions, or service outages beyond our reasonable control.
• Errors in game display or pricing that were corrected promptly after discovery.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the Platform that was subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude pcv88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

15. Amendments to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
